In 1989, Tony Shepherd brought multiple companies and their many years of experience together to form Alderley.
As Founder and long-standing Chairman of Alderley, Tony’s ambition was to create a leading, British-based engineering company to support not only the growing oil and gas industry in the North Sea, but also his family.
